IT Knowledge Center:
Objective:
- To Set up 40 IT Knowledge Centers across the State of Goa.
- To provide basic computer skills to the local youth, house wives and other citizens
- To provide various job oriented IT training courses including training for the BPO operations/call center executives.
- To Provide structured training programmes depending on the needs.
- To make at least one person in each families in the state an IT literate
- To bridge the gap between the 'Information Poor and the Information Rich'
- For creation of a society which is ready for capitalizing on Knowledge for economic and social development
- IT Knowledge Centers to work as social and economic catalysts for the overall development of the society.
- To empower individuals and communities throughout enhanced access to information,education and communication facilities.
