Complaint Registration & Redressal System for the Directorate of Transport

ITG has developed the Complaint Registration & Redressal System for the Directorate of Transport consisting of the Complaint Registration mobile app for the citizen and the Complaint Redressal System for the Department for the complaint resolution processing. Using the Complaint Registration mobile app, the citizens can register complaints against the drivers & conductors of Bus, Yellow/Black taxi/ Autorickshaw/ Motorcycle/Tourist Taxi etc. The Directorate of Transport views these complaints through its complaint Redressal Application interface and investigates the case and update the citizen with the necessary action taken via sms or email.

  • With the Complaint Registration mobile app the citizens can register complaints and submit photos & videos as evidence of the offence.
  • Complaints can be submitted during the travel or on the spot of the offence.
